Among the most feared complications of breast surgery mammoplasty is the necrosis of the own mammary tissues; reason why is the critical compromise of the techniques applied (mastopexy, breast reduction, etc) which will likely fail, be dismantled or collapse, therefore if a necrosis occurs on the tissues of the breasts the technique will need a revision mammoplasty procedure sooner or later.
