Conditions which are not expressly covered by the Surgery Shield, are preexisting to surgery or were excluded from the therapeutic agreement, like asymmetries, deformities, base anatomical features, genetical characteristics and others, both were known and disclosed by the patient or the opposite; reasons needless to mention.

Subjective disturbances, aches and pain; they are not treatable with additional surgery.
Your personal dissatisfaction about the shape, size, symmetry or other subjective expectations regarding your body area treatment; Surgery Shield is not a guarantee of satisfaction about treatments outcome.
Conditions requiring for their treatment the use of an implant model other than the one initially purchased by yourself, like fake look, rippling, excessive mobility and others; do think carefully before choosing the right implant model for your treatment, sometimes cheap is expensive.
Conditions due to patient failing to stick to Medical Team's pre and postoperative instructions, due to poor compliance with essential logistics or due to reckless behaviour; Surgery Shield is not offered to encourage patient's irresponsibility.
Conditions requiring revision surgery by means of techniques other than Cosmetic Plastic Surgery or by non surgical methods; we are sorry about this, Surgery Shield provides only the treatments belonging by our Medical Team's portfolio of procedures and techniques.
Conditions requiring a revision surgery which is unfeasible, unrealizable, risky, unpredictable, unlikely to succeed, posing a hazard for patient's health or conditions simply having no technically effective or reliable solution; revision surgery deserves indication only when it is deemed safe and likely to improve Cosmetic Plastic Surgery outcomes.

One given treatment cannot be affected by more than one discount, be it Combo Specials or other discounts; in the event of a conflict due to the coincidence of more than one Combo Specials discount affecting a given treatment, the discount that produces the greatest gross discount in favor of the patient calculated at the given treatment in conflict level will be applied.
The lowcostmetic's General Combo Special only applies to treatments other than those affected by treatment-specific Combo Specials at any given purchase of treatments to be performed simultaneously; for the calculation of the lowcostmetic's General Combo Special all the treatments affected by treatment-specific Combo Specials are considered a single treatment.
